Product Use & Safety
Unless otherwise stated in the product description:
Products are not dishwasher safe
Products are not hot water or heat resistant
Wash using lukewarm water and antibacterial soap only.
Use of products is at your own risk. OTW assumes no liability for harm or damage resulting from misuse.
Custom Designs & Ownership
Pricing is based on equipment time, materials, and the expertise required to operate such equipment—not design ownership.
OTW does not claim rights to client-submitted designs unless:
- Explicitly agreed in writing
- The design is publicly available (e.g. Thingiverse, Makerworld)
If a custom design is created by OTW and paid for in full, it becomes the exclusive property of the client.
If a client opts not to pay a full design fee, the design remains the property of OTW and may be subject to an unspecified admin fee.
Orders, Payment & Shipping
Orders begin only after payment clears.
Lead time: 3–5 business days from payment clearance.
Shipping: 2–3 additional days, area-dependent.
Delays due to load shedding or courier issues will be communicated.
EFT payments must include the order number as reference.
OTW is not liable for courier damage or loss, but will assist with claims as far as possible.
Photograph parcels upon receipt to assist with courier disputes.
Returns & Defects
All sales are final and non-refundable.
Report defects (manufacturing faults, not courier damage or subjective dissatisfaction) within 24 hours of receipt.
OTW will assess and resolve accordingly.
Website Use & Registration
Registered users may receive coupon codes and promotions.
You are responsible for account security.
OTW is not liable for unauthorized access due to password negligence.
Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, and trademarks are owned by OTW or its licensors.
You may use materials only for personal reference or ordering.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are in ZAR and subject to change without notice.
Payment methods (via PayFast gateway) include:

Orders affected by pricing or system errors may be cancelled and refunded.
Force Majeure
OTW is not liable for delays or failure due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to:
Load shedding
Strikes, riots, war
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Telecommunications or power failures
Legal & Compliance
Governed by the laws of South Africa.
Jurisdiction: High Court of South Africa.
OTW complies with POPIA, PAIA, and ECTA.
PAIA reports are submitted annually in accordance with Section 32.

Communication & Consent
Marketing communications are sent only with explicit consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.
Data subjects may submit access or correction requests via email, phone, WhatsApp, or SMS.
Final Provisions
These Terms may be updated without notice. Continued use implies acceptance.
No waiver or indulgence shall be construed as a permanent change unless in writing.
OTW may cede or assign rights; users may not without written permission.
